1) Your process; how did you make your piece ie: steps for photo transfer, collage, or painting etc..
2) Your Reasons: explain your design; why did you choose the colours you used, why did you add certain quotes/lyrics etc.
3) The Evolution and Reflection: Did your work evolve from your original plans? What areas are you happiest with and why? What areas did you struggle with and how did you overcome that challenge? If you had more time what might you add or touch up and why?
1. In order to make my piece I painted my sculpture navy blue
2. The reason I decided to paint my sculpture as a galaxy was because when we were told to paint them as something that represents us as a person I could not really think of anything in particular because I like a lot of things and I appreciate a lot of the things the world has to offer and the world itself as a whole and all the things and people in it that's why I decided to paint on a galaxy.
3. My end piece did not come from my original plans I had originally planned to paint something that represented my race and heritage but I couldn't really wrap my head around one thing that represented the black culture or Nigerian culture.
4. i am happiest with the planets i drew in and the details i put into the back ground of the peice
5. I struggled with placement and clarity of the planets.
6. if I had more time I would add more detail to the planets I have drawn in and make it clear what planets are which
