LAURA'S ART ROOM

Laura Captain Briggs is a fourteen-year-old high school student at the Linden school in Toronto Ontario. She was born on the 25th of August 2003 in Scarborough Ontario. After birth, she moved back to her home country where she lived for twelve years before moving back to Toronto Canada where her growing love for art flourished. laura's primary school in Nigeria had a good art program but focused on the things that she wasn't always interested in. She was more interested in drawings than she was in paintings of sculptures because she felt as though with drawings it was easier to portray the meaning behind the piece as well as being able to add much detail to the piece and bring it to life.
